The licensor determined that neither Mr. H. nor his daughter, Assistant Teacher S., were aware of the injuries the child had sustained at the time and reported that they believed the injuries were the result of an allergic reaction or rash, although they were unsure of the cause. It was later determined by a medical professional that the injuries were consistent with bite marks.”
