There is a play structure in the back yard that does not meet the ground cover WAC or the fall zone WAC. There are 2 plastic climbing/slide structures that are placed on the grass and do not meet the WACs.

There were 3 blinds with pull cords located in the entry way (near front door) and the kitchen window - provider removed duriing the visit. There was an "Alexa" plugged into the wall in the baby room that had a loose cord - provider removed during the visit. The down spout in the back yard was not properly fitted and there were sharp edges - provider xorrected during the visit. There is wired mesh under the deck that is broken and has sharp edges. There are screws in the cribs that are sticking out. There are knives in the kitchen drawers (no locks) that are accessible to the children. In the backyard near one of the gates the walkway is uneven and is a tripping hazard. The water temperature registered at 138.9 degrees. The stairway ballisters are more than 3 1/2 inches wide. The stairs do not have a safety gate. The drop zone in the back yard deck is more more than 18 inches (20 in.). The backyard has a retaining wall that has a drop zone of more than 18 inches. The outlets in the 2 main child care areas and in the baby napping room do not have TPR outlets. There is 1 outlet in the kitchen that is accessible to children that is not TPR. The outlet in the bathroom is not GFCI.
