There was a vertical blind on sliding glass rear door with a pull chain attached to wall is capable of forming a loop. There was a cabinet in main room that was not secured to prevent tipping. The safety gate at base of stairs was not engaged at time of licensor's arrival and was corrected onsite to make stairs unaccessible to children.

There were wire plant shelves and window blinds in licensed space capable of forming a loop. There were benches, plants on chairs, vases, and ceramic and glass objects in patio and items on high shelves in main room that could pose a potential hazard by falling.
