110-300-0145(1) Howard observed an area in the outdoor program space a garden hose and other outdoor items stacked in a corner accesible to children. 110-300-0145(11) The gate in the licensed outdoor play area was equipped with a self-latching and self-closing mechanism, but did not automatically shut when released from Howard's control. 110-300-0145(4) Howard observed there were no developmentally appropriate material for school-age.
