It was observed, that the provider has a volunteer assisting for 4 hours each day who works with the children. However, the assistant teacher had not undergone a background check, and there was no TB test documentation available for review during the visit. Consequently, the licensor requested the assistant teacher to leave the facility, as compliance with background checks and health requirements is crucial for the safety and well-being of the children.
