The Licensor observed that the provider was missing Food Handlers in MERIT. While onsite, the provider told Licensor that her understanding was that if parents provide food she did not need it. She did agree that she was serving the food provided by parents and supplementing it with snack. The Provider will take the course and send Licensor the updated Food handlers permit.
