During the inspection, this licensor observed the following accessible equipment, material, or objects that posed a risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion for infants and toddlers: Dice was stored on the low children's table in the Main Room of program. Small blocks were stored on the lower shelves in the Playroom. Small toys from a play doctor set were stored on the shelves in the Playroom. Small toys from a kitchen set were stored in the Playroom. These items were removed during the inspection. During the inspection of the program restroom, accessible Cleanitize (brand name) disinfecting wipes were observed on the middle shelf of the standing diaper changing station. The wipes were removed during the inspection and this licensor reviewed WAC cleaning procedures with the provider.
