It gets stuck on the house siding. 4) The outdoor playground does not have equipment or materials for the children to engage with. 6,8) The 4 foot lattice fencing has been removed to expose a dirt hill on each corner of the yard which leads to a tiered level created by a rock wall. On top of the rock wall is the neighbor's fence which is built on top of 6" wooden beams which are deteriorating and the dirt is eroding away from underneath the wooden beams. The west corner of the yard has a fence which is less than 4 feet high, and the east corner of the yard has a gap at the corner of the fence between it and the beginning of the rock wall which is less than 4 feet high and not enclosed.

Then within 5 years they must meet the job role requirement of ECE initial certificate or an equivalent and then after 2 years as a lead or licensee have the short certificate completed.
