1)Arti Puhage was unsupervised with a child in the bathroom. She has not completed the required trainings. 10) Arti and Narmathadevi Sekar have not completed BBP/HIV training. 11) Narmathadevi was counted in ratio and has not completed CPR/FA training. (Arti has not completed CPR/FA training either but was said not to be considered for ratio) 12) Narmathadevi does not have a food handler card and was observed assisting the children with lunch. Arti does not have a food handler card and was asked to assist with lunch. 3) Arti was unsupervised with a child in the bathroom. She has not completed CCB. 4) Arti has not completed Safe Sleep training.
