There is a cord from the refrigerator that is accessible to the children and can be a hazard. There were plastic bags that had some diapers in them and they were accessible to the children - removed during the visit. The emergency sliding door is in poor condition and is not easly opened or closed. The sliding door handle broke during the visit and has rough edges exposed.
