Neither provider had an ECE short certificate or equivalent. Neither licensee Shakti Prabha or Lead Teacher Divya Joti were on the premises. Shakti Prabha and Divya Joti have an ECE or equivalent approved and verified in the electronic workforce registery (MERIT).
