There was no flashlight or extra batteries in the licensed space - TA was provided. The provider got a flashlight and put in the licensed space - corrected during the visit. There was no back uppower source in the licensed space. The emergency door was locked. The emergency exit door is blocked with a gate.

One of the epi pens did not have a the paperwork with the prescribing health professional and the other epi pen had expired. The benedryl did not have the paperwork filled out by the parent or guardian.

There was laundry detergent on top of the dryer that is accessible to the children. There were creams located in a basket in the bathroom that were accessible to the children. There were 2 bottles of bleach under the bathroom sink and it was accessible to the children.
