Door is locked from inside and outside had a deadbolt lock on the door. Licensor discussed the requirement with provider's spouse regarding the door requirement and possible change out of hardware.

There was hair Tresemme Conditioner sitting on the outer side of the tub accessible to children. There was Clorox cleaner stored on the floor on the side of the toilet in the restroom accessible to children. There is a scrub brush that is stored under the sink in the restroom that is accessible to children.

Provider did not have copy of current BBP in file the one in the file was dated 12/21/21-12/21/22. Food Handler's permit was also not observed in file. Licensor informed provider's spouse could send it to her before 4p.m. and it was not received. Provider's Spouse whom is an assistant does not have current Safe Sleep Training, Training expired in 1/2023. File was not reviewed during the visit but MERIT was reviewed prior to visit.
