Provider stores nap mats in plastic/zippered linen bags. At the time of the visit, the bags were stored (unzipped) under the children's nap mats for nap time. Leaving these bags accessbile during nap, next to the child, poses a suffocation hazard. Provider needs to come up with another storage plan during nap time.
