Additionally, a hose was observed near the play area along the side wall of the house, creating multiple loops. A shower with an accessible shower cord was observed, and it was not locked to prevent access. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Several exposed sharp nails were observed on the gate. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(c): A camping chair was observed with ripped material. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(e): The exposed weed block created a tripping hazard. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f): The plastic basketball hoop was not stable, posing a falling hazard. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): A plastic piece was missing from the left side of the front portion of the blue riding car, exposing a metal bolt.
