licensor observed a child safety gate in front of the main exit front door entry. The safety gate was bolted into the wood and very difficult to open. Licensor explained to provider that it needed to be taken down due to emergency pathway issues per wac. Licensor discussed wac 0166 with provider. Provider stated she would take it down.
