Observed Ms. J. to be caring for 10 children in the Preschool classroom. Ms. J.'s file is lacking the Trails clearance letter. Also observed Ms. K. to be left alone with the children while Ms. J. stepped out of the classroom for around 10 minutes. Ms. K. works as a teacher with the older children in the elementary program. Ms. K. doesn't have any background check (FBI, CBI, and Trails) completed.
