In Tiny tots classroom staff not doumenting name to face during transition to outside and inside or at 4:30. In Tiny Tots classroom on 2/27/26 staff not documenting name to face coming in from playground and for the rest of the day.

Required correction: Complete attendance verification through out the day including transitions. Correct by 03/31/2026
