Three outlets were observed to be missing protective covers. Two were in the resting area and one was directly outside the bathroom door.
Required correction: All electrical outlets that are accessible to children must have protective covers or safety outlets must be installed. Correct immediately. Director corrected at time of visit by placing covers in the identified outlets. No further response is required. Correct by 09/07/2025
