Required correction: Toys, toy parts, furnishings, equipment, and materials made of brittle, easily breakable plastic or glass are not permitted for children less than five (5) years of age. Correct by 2/26/25. Staff removed the clay plant pots outside to an area inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of inspection. No response neccessary. Correct by 02/26/2025

Required correction: Loose plastic bags must be stored in areas inaccessible to children. Correct by 4/16/24. Staff removed the bags and placed them in a locked cupboard making them inaccessible. Corrected at the time of inspection. No response necessary. Correct by 04/16/2024
