At the time of the visit in room C113 there were Lysol wipes on the counter by the sink, also there were empty plastic bags an a sharpie in an unlocked drawer accessible to children. also there was an empty plastic bag in an unlocked drawer accessible to children.
Required correction: Correct immediately. At all times all Items labeled "keep out of reach of children must be inaccessible to children. Corrected at the time of the visit staff member removed the lysol wipes, plastic bags, and sharpie, and put them in a drawer inaccessible to children. Correct by 04/15/2024
