In the yellow classroom's sink cabinets, two bottles of disinfecting wipes and one bottle of dish soap labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children posing a safety hazard.
Required correction: Items labeled "keep out of reach of children," must be inaccessible to children. **Corrected at the time of visit- staff member locked the sink cabinets with child safety strap lock making them inaccessible to children.** No response is required. Correct by 12/23/2025
