In a review of 11 staff files, it was found that one staff member, M. C. was delegated to administer medication by the center's current child care health consultant but was missing the department-approved medication admnistration training.
Required correction: Staff designated to give medications must complete the department-approved medication administration training. Correct immediately. Staff member must complete the training and program should provide written verification that training has been completed and documentation has been placed in staff member's file. Correct by 03/18/2024
