Reviewed drill log and observed that active shooter/lockdown drills were not completed quarterly. Lockdown drill was completed on 8/18/23 and the next one was not conducted until 4/30/24.
Required correction: Lockdown and active shooter drills must be held quarterly. Fire drills must be held monthly. Tornado drills must be held monthly from March to October. Correct immediately and respond with a statement of ongoing compliace by 11/26/24. Correct by 11/19/2024
