Classroom capacity postings for Classrooms 1 & 2 both listed 16 children when the current room capcity is 20 children in each room. Observed Multipurpose Room 3 lacking posted capacity and staff to child ratio.
Required correction: Immediately ensure all facilities post in every room the license capacity of the room and the staff-to-child ratio required for the ages of children cared for in the room. Corrected at the time of visit. Classroom capacity and staff-to-child ratio postings were added to each classroom. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED. Correct by 02/20/2026
