In the Preschool Enrichment classroom on the sink, observed a bottle of "Top Care" hand soap labeled "keep out of reach of children" to be accessible.

Required correction: All items labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be inaccessible to children. Corrected at time of visit- Staff moved item on a high shelf inaccessible to children 1/21/25. Correct by 01/21/2025

Reviewed 3 child files and observed Ch3's file to be missing an updated health statement completed by a health care provider.

Required correction: The center must maintain and update annually and upon changes, a record of each child that includes a copy of the child's health statement completed by a health care provider. Correct within 30 days and respond with a statemnt of compliance by 3/22/2024. Correct by 03/22/2024
