On a table in classroom B137, observed an activity involving small beads accessible to children. Identified through staff statements that a child under three years of age was present in the classroom.
Required correction: Ensure that any materials accessible to children under three years of age are not a choke hazard or able to be inhaled. **Corrected at the time of visit. The beads were removed and made inaccessible to children.** No response required. Correct by 08/28/2025
