Specialist measured approximately 2-3 inches of pea gravel on the playground in the use zone surrounding the climbing structure that exceeds 18 inches in height.
Required correction: Ensure all climbing equipment 18 inches or higher has at least 6 inches of resilient surfacing in the use zone surrounding the equipment. Correct immediately and document correction in written response to Specialist by 4/2/2026. Program understands the climbing equipment must be made inaccessible to children until program verifies at least 6 inches of resilient surfacing. Correct by 03/26/2026
