In Classroom 112, observed string of holiday lights hanging from the wall. These lights were loose, longer than 18", and accessible to children posing a potential strangulation hazard.
Required correction: All hazardous items must be inaccessible to children at all times. Corrected at time of visit- staff made items inaccessible to children 3/19/2024. No response required. Correct by 03/19/2024

Missing capacity posting in the Library, Art Room, Music Room, Makers Room, Sensory Room/111.2, Gym, and Cafeteria. Observed incorrect capacity posted in Classroom 111/109.
Required correction: All licensed classrooms must have a capacity posting with the licensed capacity and staff to child ratio. Corrected at time of visit-staff placed postings in all licensed classrooms 3/19/2024. No response required. Correct by 03/19/2024
