Required correction: Ensure all indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, and furnishings are sturdy, safe, and free of hazards. **Corrected at the time of visit. SM1 cut the weed matting so it no longer posed a tripping hazard.** No response required. Correct by 01/15/2026
