The larger playground’s equipment was in good repair but the maintenance staff was in the middle of upgrading the bottom of the fence to be in compliance. While the depth of the bottom of the fence has openings that are not less than three and one half (3 and ½) inches or greater than nine (9) inches There were also protrusions with rugged and pointed end that could be a hazard. While most of the playground is finished and in compliance, there is an area near the gate which is out of compliance.”
