The Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma policy was not reviewed with parents of currently enrolled children 0-5 within 30 days of adopting the policy. One child, who enrolled March 6, 2023 did not have a signed Shaken Baby Syndrome policy on file.
