It was explained that the metal gates were being powdered coated and they were waiting for installation. The plywood was splintered on the edges causing a potential hazard to children. Screws were observed poking through the plywood into the play area.”

Painters were onsite today. An open bucket of paint, caulk, tube of epoxy, and a metal scraper were observed unattended on the floor of Space 12. Space 12 is an auxiliary space and open and accessible to children.”
