On August 20, 2024, a staff member attempted to lay three, two-year-old children down on their cots by lifting and adjusting them under their arms, multiple times despite the children not wanting to lay down. In addition, the same staff member carried two, two-year-old children by one arm for approximately two feet back to their cot.

All walls and ceilings including doors and windows were not kept clean, free of visible fungal growth, and in good repair. In space #8, there is peeling paint on walls in the block area.
