On the playground, the storage shed was unlocked and accessible to children. Hazardous materials with written warnings, such as keep out of reach of children were located in an unlocked storage shed. The following hazardous materials included T. Water Seal Clear Multi-Surface Water Proofer and one propane tank of Blue Rhino.”
