Water in areas accessible to children shall be tempered between 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) and 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43 degrees Celsius). During the walk-through of the facility, the kitchen door was observed open and accessible to the children. This was corrected during the visit.”
