This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where LIC 9224( Acknowledgement of Receipt of licensing reports) is not signed by the parents of 3 children( C1, C2, and C4) out of 6 children for not sharing the Type A citation report that was issued on 04/05/2024, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.”
