ALLEGATION(S): Other (Overall Operations): Licensee is not living in the home. INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: On 08/02/2024 at 8:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J.J.Z. and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) conducted an UNANNOUNCED COMPLAINT SITE INSPECTION. LPA met with Staff 1 (S1). Licensee was not at the facility. S1 states licensee, Oscar Corona Heredia, stepped out momentarily to buy supplies for the facility. Licensee arrived at facility at 8:58am. A complaint regarding other (overall operations) was filed against the facility. LPA toured the facility for health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection was two (2) fingerprint-cleared staff and six (6) children (3 infants and 3 preschool-age children). This agency has investigated the complaint alleging licensee is not living in the home. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Report was reviewed, and a Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted with the licensee, Oscar Corona Heredia. Appeal Rights also provided to licensee. Unsubstantiated Estimated Days of Completion:

Shortlist replaces people’s names in the state’s text with initials. This is done by rule, not by hand, so it can miss a name or shorten a word that isn’t one. The state’s report, linked on each row, has the original.

Openings, child care subsidies, cost, hours and late pickup, teaching approach, ratios and staff, a typical day, and sick and biting policies aren’t on this page.
