ALLEGATION(S): Five (5) allegations: 1. Staff utilized hazardous cleaning materials that can harm daycare children 2. Staff do not prevent infants from eating inappropriate materials 3. Staff do not tend to infants hygiene in a timely manner 4. Staff do not ensure that children are provided with a sufficient quantity of food 5. Staff do not ensure the children are treated with dignity and respect INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: On 07/22/2026 at 10:10am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J.J.Z. conducted an UNANNOUNCED COMPLAINT SITE INSPECTION. LPA met with Director J.K. LPA advised director the purpose of today’s inspection is to deliver the findings of the investigation regarding the above allegations. Present during the inspection were 9 staff and 39 children. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA obtained copies of the facility roster and personnel report. LPA and director toured the facility inside and outside for a health and safety inspection to make observations. LPA also conducted interviews with Director, teachers, and parents. Although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed, and Appeal Rights were provided to Director J.K.
