ALLEGATION(S): 1. Facility staff hit child 2. Facility staff used inappropriate form of punishment 3. Facility staff spoke inappropriately to child INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: On 12/2/25, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA)A.M. conducted a subsequent complaint investigation to deliver the findings for the above allegations. LPA was greeted by Director B.H. LPA toured the facility and observed two staff and 16 preschool aged children. During the course of the investigation, LPA M. interviewed Staff, children and a representative from local law enforcement agency, reviewed supporting documentation, and toured the facility. Staff stated they have never seen any of the staff hit, use inappropriate form of punishment or speak inappropriately to any of the children. Staff stated that they redirect the children to another activity or talk to the children. Children interviewed stated that they have never seen any of the teachers hit nor do they speak to them inappropriately. Children stated that they like coming to school and like all of their teachers. Children stated that if they don't listen to the teachers they will talk to them. Continue on LIC9099C....
