ALLEGATION(S): - Staff allowed children to eat from the floor INVESTIGATION FINDINGS: Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M.R. conducted an unannounced inspection to open a complaint. LPA met with Teacher S.B. and explained purpose of inspection. Executive Director J.M. and Director S.N. arrived a short time later. Per the Executive Director and Director, the school is cleaned throughout the day by staff and a cleaning crew deep cleans the school on Friday evenings. Children do not eat in the multi-purpose room and are never allowed to eat food that is dropped or put on the floor. Based on the information gathered, there is insufficient evidence to prove the staff allowed children to eat from the floor. (Continued on LIC 9099C) Unsubstantiated Estimated Days of Completion:
