One infant was observed to be sleeping with a blanket. This was corrected at inspection when the blanket was removed.

747.5005(1) - Fire Drill Monthly - Exit in 3 Minutes · Medium High

Emergency drills were not being conducted. The last fire drill was in 3/2024, last sheltering/severe weather drill was 2/8/24, and monthly alarm checks were 6/6/2024. This was corrected during the inspection when a fire drill, lockdown drill, and alarm checks were conducted.
