744.1205(a)(4) - Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity · High

During an investigation it was found that a child was able to leave the cafeteria without the caregivers being aware that the child had left. It was also found that children are able to leave the cafeteria area without supervision from an adult.
