Three of the caregiver did not have records of completing some of the required health and safety trainings during their last completed training years.

The director did not complete the total required 30 hours of annual training. Her CPR and First Aid training also recently expired.

One caregiver did not complete all of the required annual training topics during her last completed training year. A couple of her recent trainings had to be pushed back as make-up trainings.
