On the plastic footer around the perimeter of the playground space, there are two different spots where the plastic is broken and presents a shear/trip hazard to children who are playing.

746.1315(b)(1) - CPR Training and Recertification Adhere to Guidelines-skill based · Medium High

There are nine staff members who do not have CPR training with hands-on skill-based instruction, practice, and testing.
