An expired epi-pen was observed in a child's medication bag. This was corrected during the inspection when the epi-pen was removed and sent home with the child.

744.2803(b) - Policies for Release of Children - Record Identity of Person · Medium High

A child was observed being released to someone who had not been identified by the operation. The operation failed to record the identity by a valid photo ID, or license plate. The staff stood at the door during the release.
