While reviewing six childrens files, one did not have a current updated immunziation record.

746.1605 - Child/Caregiver Ratio - 18 Months Difference in Age · Medium High · No longer on the state’s site as of August 27, 2026

During the inspection the Toddler classroom there was a 13 month old and a three year old in same group. This was corrected when the three year old moved to the Primary class and the age gap was no more than 18 month in the Toddler classroom.

746.1301(5)(A) - Training Requirements for Employees and Caregivers - 24 Annual Training · Medium High · No longer on the state’s site as of August 27, 2026

Out of five staff files reviewed one staff member only had two hours of annual training in their file. This was corrected when the director went to their other location and found the caregivers certificates for annual training.
