Observed lysol and windex under a classroom sink. The sink cabinet had childproof locks on them, but were not working. This was corrected when the chemicals were removed from the cabinet and placed out of the reach of the children.

Based on the information obtained during the investigation, a child was left unsupervised during transition between activities for about 2-4 minutes.
