There is a bolt and sharp metal plate under the outdoor play equipment sticking out. There is a toy in the outdoor infant area that has a broken seat. This was corrected at inspection when the Director removed this toy The outdoor water spigot does not have a covering or barrier to prevent kids from having access to it.
