The swing set measured 7 feet tall and was 5.5 ft from the fence and is required to be 14 feet use zone from the fence. The swing set also has swinging rings attached which are prohibited equipment.

At the time of the inspection, the tv was on while kids were in the room showing a movie that was not age-appropriate. This was brought into compliance when the tv was turned off and children returned to their classroom.
